1. Who we are

22STUDIO Anonim Şirketi ("22STUDIO", "we", "us") operates the website at 22studio.co and is developing internal AI agent and analytics systems to analyze marketing accounts that their owners have explicitly authorized.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to this website, to communications with us, and to the internal analytics and automation systems we operate or are developing, including integrations with Google services. It does not apply to third-party websites or services, including Google. Your use of Google services is governed by your agreement with Google.

3. Information we process

Information you provide

When you contact us by email, we receive your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or other credentials by email.

Google user data

The Google Ads API integration is not yet enabled. When it is enabled, and an account owner authorizes 22STUDIO through Google OAuth, we will access and process:

• Google Account identifiers and the email address made available during the authorization flow;
• Google Ads account identifiers and account settings;
• campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, and performance data;
• change history and other diagnostic information made available by the Google Ads API;
• connection credentials issued through OAuth, where required to maintain the authorized connection.

We will access only the accounts and data covered by the permissions granted. We will not access Google Ads accounts that have not been authorized. We do not currently access or store Google Ads data through this integration. We do not ask for or store Google account passwords.

Once enabled, we will process this Google Ads data for 22STUDIO's internal analysis and reporting purposes, as described in section 4.

Information processed when you visit this site

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the requested URL, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse, under its own privacy terms. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, or tracking pixels on this site.

Automated analysis

Once the Google Ads integration is enabled, we will use internal AI systems to analyze authorized account data and to generate summaries, diagnostics, and recommendations. These systems will operate within the permissions granted to 22STUDIO.

4. How we use information

Once the Google Ads integration is enabled, we will process Google Ads data for 22STUDIO's internal analysis and reporting. The planned scope includes advertising analysis, keyword research, performance reporting, and marketing automation. Read-only access is planned first; campaign, budget, and bid changes are not implemented.

In connection with the service, we use information:

• to provide, operate, and maintain the service;
• to analyze authorized marketing accounts and produce internal reporting and recommendations;
• to operate internal AI agent workflows and quality checks;
• to respond to inquiries and support requests;
• to maintain security, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it. We do not currently process Google Ads data through this integration.

5. Legal bases

Where Turkish data protection law (KVKK) applies, we process personal data where necessary to perform the service, to comply with a legal obligation, or on the basis of consent where consent is required. Where other data protection laws apply, we rely on equivalent lawful bases.

You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

6. Sharing

We do not sell Google user data and we do not share it for advertising. Because the Google Ads integration is not yet enabled, we do not currently share Google Ads data.

When the integration is enabled, we may share information:

• with the account owner or at the account owner's direction;
• with service providers, including AI service providers where used, that process information on our behalf under confidentiality and data-protection obligations, limited to what they need to operate the service;
• when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process;
• to protect rights, safety, and security, or to investigate misuse.

We will update this policy to identify the specific AI service providers and the data-protection terms that apply before the integration is enabled. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for their own purposes.

7. Retention

The Google Ads integration is not yet enabled, and 22STUDIO does not currently store Google Ads data through it. Specific retention periods and deletion procedures will be defined and published before the integration is enabled.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transport for this website and for connections to Google APIs. Because the Google Ads integration is not yet enabled, no Google Ads data is currently stored through it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we become aware of an incident affecting personal data, we will act and notify as required by applicable law.

9. Your choices and rights

Revoke access. You can revoke 22STUDIO's access at any time from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops future access. Because the Google Ads integration is not yet enabled, no Google Ads data is currently stored through it.

Your rights. You may contact us at abcetinn@gmail.com to exercise rights available under applicable law, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection. Requests will be handled as required by applicable law. A deletion procedure for Google Ads data will be documented before the integration is enabled.

Complain. Where applicable law provides for it, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Türkiye, this is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

The service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Where changes are material, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
